Scope: Base-building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services required to completely replace the existing mechanical and electrical building systems with new to suit the new 10 unit apartment building.

Building Use: Apartment Building - 22 Units

Scope: Base-building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services required to completely replace the existing mechanical and electrical building systems with new to suit the renovated 22 unit apartment building.

The existing natural gas boiler system was replaced with electric heat pumps and the two existing electrical services were replaced with a single electrical service. Lastly, a new conventional fire alarm system was engineered and installed.
